About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering depth-oriented psychotherapy informed by Jungian psychology, relational theory, and critical perspectives. My work is concerned with how psychological life is shaped at the intersection of inner experience, relationships, and the social worlds we inhabit. I am especially interested in how people make meaning of suffering, particularly in moments of loss, conflict, and significant life disruption, and how both unconscious processes and external conditions contribute to distress.

Rather than approaching therapy as a process of fixing or correcting people, depth-oriented work focuses on understanding how patterns and difficulties have taken shape and what they may be expressing. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, listen, and give language to aspects of experience that may not yet be fully articulated. From a Jungian perspective, symptoms and conflicts are often understood not only as problems to be eliminated, but as communications that point toward psychological development, transformation, or reorganization.

My clinical work is relational and collaborative. Shaped by close attention to what emerges in the therapeutic relationship. Sessions are reflective and exploratory, guided by what feels most psychologically alive in the moment rather than a predetermined agenda. I draw from depth-oriented and relational traditions while remaining attentive to the ways cultural, political, and historical forces enter the consulting room and shape subjectivity, identity, and suffering.

In addition to individual therapy, I facility group psychotherapy, where shared psychological themes can be explored within a collective setting. Group work offers a unique opportunity to encounter relational patterns as they unfold in real time and to engage with difference, resonance, and mutual recognition in ways that individual therapy cannot always access.

I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and have training in depth-oriented approaches. Alongside my clinical practice, I teach undergraduate psychology courses and am engaged in ongoing graduate study focused on depth psychology and critical inquiry. I see clients via telehealth and am licensed in Massachusetts
